The With Us For Us coalition is a coalition of community advocates, students, and labor unions, formed in November 2023. WUFU aims to lay the groundwork for Baltimore City to renegotiate the PILOT agreement with its tax -exempt hospitals and universities and address the stark wealth disparity.
